Champion Well and Pump Services, Inc. is Licensed by the State of Florida. We apply for permits thru the County Health Departments.

Residential Permits: We apply for permits thru the Environmental Divisions of the County Health Departments.

County Health Department Permits for Well Construction can take up to 5 to 7 business days.

Commercial / Industrial / Agricultural Permits: A Water Use Permit must be applied for thru the Water Management Districts before a permit can be issued thru the County Health Departments.

The permits thru the Water Management Districts can take up to 30 business days.

Well Abandonment Permits: We apply for permits thru the Environmental Divisions of the County Health Departments using the New State of Florida Permit Application to Construct, Repair, Modify, or Abandon A Well

Letters of Modifications: Already have a Water Use Permit? If you need to apply for a "Letter of Modification" we can assist you with this process.

Class V Injections Well Permits: We apply for permits thru the Florida Department of Environmental Services (FLDEP) and thru the County Health Departments.
